Stage 1 - Initial conversation
This can happen by email, phone call or in-store. This is where we collect the basics of your project so that we can assign you to the perfect jewelry bespoke designer for you in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.

Stage 2 - Design Consultation

Stage 3 - Stone Sourcing
Based on the design we have finalized, our expert will now ideally source several options for the perfect stone for your piece.
At this stage, our designer will also be able to provide accurate quotes for the finalized design with each proposed stone.
In addition, we will present these stones to you either in person or via HD videos and imagery via email.
Therefore, this sourcing stage continues as long as it takes to find the perfect stone. as well, the process can be almost immediate, or for rare or very specific stones, but we are committed to finding the perfect fit for your precious piece.
Stage 4 - Finalisation of Design and Stone
Once we find the perfect stone, other hands print out our 3D design ring for you to ensure the size is in the perfect manner.
In addition, It is secured with a deposit of 50% of the jewelry value. At this stage, we (Bespoke Customer Service) take over, and send a deposit invoice and a document to sign, outlining our terms and conditions.
Stage 5 - Confirmation, Scheduling and Production
Therefore, Once your deposit has been received, and the terms and conditions signed, your piece will be programmed for production.
All our custom pieces are made by our jewelers in Hong Kong The production process can take between 4-5 weeks.
If you have a certain date in mind that you want your piece we can arrange it earlier. Therefore, please flag this at the beginning of the process.
Furthermore, we recommend getting your finished ring before you book special plans for the proposals.
However, due to the nature of craft jewelry is that there is always the possibility that something might delay last-minute delivery.
Stage 6 – Completion
As well, as soon as your jewelry is finished, you may physically check the jewelry and request balance payment and delivery instructions.
